I'm again at work guys so I cant visit many sites to look this up, but was wondering what the formula for Greater heal potentcy is? Like at what skill level gives the maxium hp back for greater heal?

Great Healing = Healing skill X 2 and Twice as fast.

The greater heal spell has a value of 40% magery and plus 1-10 hitpoints.

So say at 70 magery I'd have about a 99% (70 skill giving me the 99% to cast 4th circle)chance to cast Greater Heal for about 28-38 hp.

So eval doesn't affect this spell?

No, eval only assists in spell damage.
