depends on if there are any spots to place a small anywhere close.

If closeness to yew gate adds anything i dont think it would be more than 5k (assuming you cant place anything else around here)

Maybe you could get 50-55k fo it?

Well, by "around here" i mean draw a circle at the gate and have a edge of it hit your house. Anything in the circle will be as close if not closer to the gate than your house.

This is just my opinion but i think for moongates you get a screen or maybe 2 from the gate to get gate traffic to your vendor. (Unless you are on a road from the gate to town like britain for example)

Anything further than that and it is no different than any other vendor. You have to build your own cutomer base by pricing, availability of product and advertising.

There are probably more qualified players to give you a price check. It's all my opinion.
