How many hours do you have to wait per murder count before you can INITIALLY join the TG?
Please don't tell me you won't ever be able to join if you have a murder count to begin with...Unless you actually can't.

you must have zero long term murders to join the guild. If you get a murder count while in the guild, you'll be suspended until that count expires.
