The fish do work in events, but they are consumed in free-use areas.

These fish weren't considered when setting up event rules so we'll have to have some discussion about them.

Perhaps make fish useable in arenas considering they only add +5 of one stat and that way fishermen have something valueable to sell besides stupid SOS ;S
