Stamina bug ?

If you have full stamina and are running on a horse, you can go very far until your mount is tired.

If you have like half stamina and are running on your horse, then you keep on losing stamina ! why is that ? it's the horse who is running not me

on top of that, i saw that you can't feed your horse with food to give him back stamina...

I have had a problem with mount stamina on this shard since its inception. Your character didn't lose stamina while riding a horse from movement. However, your horse would lose stamina instead in this situation. The only time the character lost stamina while mounted was from standard stamina loss situations like damage, exceeding maximum weight, etc... When running on a mount your mount should be losing stamina not your character. I'm positive modern EA shards continue to use this same system for mount movement.

on top of that, i saw that you can't feed your horse with food to give him back stamina...

hmm i fed my horse with a bread and he gained some stamina back, I could run again without that msg 'Your mount is very fatigues'... so I think it's possible
