Nay. Lumberjacking, Alchemy, Poisoning and Inscription bonuses are all UO:R or later.

there is no inscription bonus, but in UOR it increases spell damage, and increase the amount of time some selfhelp spells last.

Aye, in UO:R inscription allowed for magic reflection to reflect more spells, Reactive armor lasted longer, protection allowed you a much higher percent chance of not being disrupted during spell casting, and slightly increased the damaged of spells.
