Tried everything and can't get an avatar on the forum..

Hi all!

When I try to add an avatar picture or link one from another site nothing appears and I get an error message saying that it couldn't complete the operation. I have tried it like 10 times with no luck so if anyone has any ideas, it would be very helpful.
