We usually have a bunch at Home Depot Vendors at Yew Moongate. The npc is under the house sign.

1800 isnt quite enough but i did buy them up thank you. Still looking for bulk Blank scrolls will buy less then 40k.

To get the amount of blanks you are looking for, most players don't sell that many, though it looks like Grofus
has more. I'm guessing you are making a scribe, great skill to have and satisfying to GM.
How I got around getting mass blanks was to make a runebook to all the magic shops that sell scrolls, not all
do. Use another acct char that can recall. You can set up a hot to buy just scrolls. Recall to shops, hit the key,
you will auto buy what npc has on hand. Do all shops, they will respawn [not sure exact time to respawn, like
30 minutes?] Do this for a couple hrs and you'll get a shit load. All the while, your scribe is working inscription.
You can do this for other items needed in bulk as well. The tower in my sig has runebooks that you are welcome to
copy.
Remember to have some gold on you when you go to buy.
