Broke my Auto Map

Guys,
Can anyone tell what I have done, my UO Automap used to save an icon of any house I passed. So as I was moving around I knew a house was close and what sort it was.
No as I move passed a house the map deleats my icon and shows an empty space?
I want to have the houses all showing as I can see when the change, and if one falls I know what was there.

This still happens to me. I just exit out and enter back in the auto map. It tends to get confused when I alternate accounts. If it bugs you too much you can always use single client because they never disappear on single client to my knowledge.
