This is the first castle you come to when you head North out of Minoc towards the High Steppes or what used to be K^A area. Directly to the East of the castle there is a stable.
The tower is located directly in front of the castle.

FearItself is transferring payment for the castle and then I will transfer the castle. Payment and transfer of the other two homes will take place in the near future.
