looking for a new Vanq Hally +25 with Durability Mod, to add to my Server Wars arsenal, will be my first great investment towards this!

This may turn into a bid war if others join in on a public offer of a Hally, i dont mind that, but please PM me for negotiation if there is to be a haggle ^.^

Starting Offer for said Hally is 1 Tower Deed, item value is unknown so i will adjust my offer to the fair value of the item.

will be asking for others advice on prices ect to be sure it is fair, and also to be sure the deal goes clean.

interested in a Charged option also, if available, new to the Epic Hally scene so my offer of a Tower Deed can be adjusted accordingly.
