getting a little tired of seeing this next to my shop,

will pay small deed +5k to owner for this small (since i'm a nice guy!).

As your clearly not using this, please pm and we can arrange transfer.

Note: I used to own this - couldnt get online, it dropped. current small has been lying empty for several months.

this must have fallen at some point but the person(s) who placed the current house (guild ROB) doesnt seem to be with us anymore as the house is now condemned.

anyway, should I not be about when it falls i will pay 2 small deeds for the house if someone wants to earn a quick 43k.

its currently greatly and theres nothing inside of note.

A Condemned house doesnt necessarily mean the owner is banned, he may of just not logged in or refreshed with the owner in a long time.
