stuck on Deceit Island

So I decided to check out Deceit on my own....then to try and fight The Grinch...

after a horrible death I am stuck...I'll be on tonight around 7 pm EST if anyone is around and can gate me out of there.

You can always use the "stuck" option in the help menu if there aren't players around to help.
