I love ERA Accuracy and I like the fact that Derrick and the admins take the time to reproduce ERA bugs but there are some bugs that doesn't make the game more fun or more enjoyable.
I am formally asking that the horse stamina bug gets removed from the game.

Just set a macro to mount and remount....if the mounts following you, it will refill the stamina.Blood wrote:I love ERA Accuracy and I like the fact that Derrick and the admins take the time to reproduce ERA bugs but there are some bugs that doesn't make the game more fun or more enjoyable.

Or get a Frenzy. They run a lot longer between fill ups and are reasonably priced.

The OP sounds to me like someone who tried to escape from a PK (unsuccessfully, due to mount becoming exhausted);Capitalist wrote:Smelt it
I don't know what to say, beyond ...
Whatever you do, whatever your mount, keep your mount refreshed.

Era bugs are part of the reason this server brings back so many memories.
Horse mount bug levels the playing field for newer players that don't have a tamer character and access to more advance mounts.
If you don't like this bug, i hear UOForever is looking for players.

How on god's green earth does that level the playing field?
Guys with years of pvp practice and fully fleshed out builds need the advantage of frenzy's to kill a new player?
If the bug does anything it disproportionately benefits the vets, which is fine. It's era accurate so it should stay.
For the new players, you should only run as far as necessary to break line of sight and cast recall. You don't run and run. You hide or recall until you are ready to stand your ground. If your mount is getting tired, you are doing it wrong.
