Looking to buy an event castle.

Here's what i'm looking for.

Medium / Low spawn area no jungles no swamps.
Secure CY doesn't matter.
Close to some type of structure that'd make it relatively easy to find. ie: Shrine, Towns, Xroads, Dungeons etc.

Even if your Castle doesn't meet the criteria above let me know what you have these are just ideal conditions.

I would sell this Yew Castle just down from Yew Gate. Comes with large brick next to it.

3x Castle deed

Currently only know of one other person with CY rune.
