That was one of the greedy goblins! He saw a golden locket around the baby's neck. Unable to remove it from the baby, he decided he had to take the whole baby with him!

Whats funny is, he caught himself on fire on the way out! Saved the baby and the precious golden locket, but slowly roasted to death.
