Are you complaining? This house never received but one bid via PM and was retracted the next day before I could post. There are no other bids on this thread and it was up for some time. Therefore, I consider it my right to sell it at SB to the first offer I receive.

There hadn't been a definite starting bid until today. There has clearly been no interest in the tower and it's safe to say that no one else was going to bid.
