Re: Selling Yew Bank Small house
The house is certainly worth the L Shape, but making millions in profit as a vendor house? C’mon man! No need for exaggeration.
You’ve got Brokkr right below you running a good set of active vendors that people have to run past to get to your place. You are going to have to significantly discount your wares to make that run worthwhile, then hope he doesn’t adjust his prices to compensate. You can’t actually call up the bank from your house, where people can at Brokkr’s place. There are probably 10 vendors for every account connected at any one point. The skill it takes to build that kind of clientele (which requires taking a lot of market share from other shops) in marketing and sales is beyond 95% of the people playing here. Of the remaining 5%, very few are willing to devote the time and energy required to attract new players to their shop and pull vets from their favorite shops.
It’s going to be a very good and profitable shop for someone. It’s definitely worth the asking price. That’s the bottom line. Adding a bit of theatrics with the millions language simply lessens your credibility
