No skills showing up

Anyone ever had a issue with their skills not showing up in game? Not sure if its something i accidentally changed in razor or what but it'd be nice if they came back up so i could start using them again. Thanks for any insight.
BTW only happening with one character on one account.

Go into your UO directory, go into the Desktop folder, then to your account and Second Age, lastly, delete your character's files. When you login next, the folder is rebuilt using default settings and your skill window should be back to normal.
