I need a new marked rune book vendor. You will need to stock the following, at a minimum:

Town Banks
Dungeon Entrances
Lockpick L4s
Mage Shops
Single Goblin Goods runes

You can sell the runebooks at no more than 8500gp and 200 on the single runes.

You'll make about 50k a week judging from the last vendor. Maybe more since it only had towns/dungeons. The single GG runes sell quickly enough to cover vendor fees on everything else it seems.
