Waterfront Tower and Large Brick at Cove Guard Shack!

EDIT: 3/7/2015 1:42am. Due to lack of interest in these properties I have re-deeded them leaving the spots open. These used to be my favorite homes in game and I hope some random newbie is lucky enough to stumble upon them and enjoy them.

I am looking to sell these two as a pair. The Large brick can be made into a patio or Lshape. They both will be sold empty besides any crafted addons pictured. (The Lshape in front of the brick is available for sale as well by a guildmate of mine). This is a very low spawn and quiet location.

Asking SB for tower, 2x tower deed.
