Cool. I don't really know anyone here, though I've seen plenty of the names as I've been reading the boards (and somewhat playing) on-and-off since '08. I'm not very good at PvP nor should I expect to be on a bard template while killing cyclops/titans, however this "imposter" doesn't seem to be either, or I'm getting better at escaping, one of the two. Maybe GMing wrestle really did help that much, I dunno! I normally don't even have the time to get a recall off without being para'd and combo'd down, but this go 'round I kinda danced around a bit, went and banked, and came back just to try my luck some more. At most a few an manis hit me, and had one or two recalls disrupted before I was able to get away again. Came back a second time, looted all my kills, and changed a baby's diaper while two titans finished each other off.

All in all it's newbish at best, but it's the most successful pvp adventure I've had on this shard, and I do most definitely need whatever practice I can get!

Btw, sorry if this is the wrong forum; I don't really consider it Trash Talk because I'm not calling anyone out/trying not to be rude/etc. Maybe a Tale of Adventure? Very lame one if so but if the powers that be wish it to be moved I fully understand.

U tele'd away 3 times? I Harmed all ur recalls. I didn't have any purps so I left with chasing. cresting space was a good move so +1 on your technique. Welcome to uosa mate pm if u need any help!

I did in fact teleport away 3x, failed to mention that. I consider it part of the "dancing around", and was more testing the existence of tele items than anything, though a couple of them did let me get some recall distance.

I wouldn't say you harmed "all" of my recalls though, as I did in fact recall once, came back to loot a couple corpses, then recalled (2nd) to bank my runes/gold, then came back and eventually recalled a 3rd time. There was also one recall that I "purposefully" cancelled. I don't know what the purpose was other than a)stupidity, or b) boredom, but I did have a target cursor for a second or two and just decided against it for said possible reasons. But yeah, obvious strawman is obviously strawman...

Thanks for the +1 on the "cresting", honestly didn't know it was a studied concept, i was just trying for that distance.

In any case, and whatever the circumstances/outcome, i will be on the lookout! maybe next time i can give you that 5th count, or maybe you can give me my first!

Slowly but surely getting set up on the shard....for the 3rd time.... hopefully I don't have to move and lose my ISP again with no way to refresh things. I've lost two Lshapes, a patio, a tower, and 3-4 smalls in the past because of. ;\
