Suggestion: Decrease the # of banned accounts per house

Post by Fwerp »

I realize the counter claim is that doing so is not era accurate, but I intend to briefly argue that it would be. Managing your ban list during t2a was an important task, and if you had a home in a public area as I did, it required attention every few days. Here though, you can ban anything and everything that comes on your stairs without any consequences.

So, in short, I contend that by decreasing the number of ban spots on each home, we are actually following the "spirit" (rather than the letter) of t2a, because of our much smaller player base. I have seen this work with good success on other shards, and I think the idea should at least be entertained. Indiscriminate banning was not era accurate, and I think a change like this would make things a bit more interesting here.
