I would appreciate an explanation. I previously bought a small house from Demetrius and it was professionally handled. This is the first time I've attempted to purchase a large house (I have a brick that I kind of own - long story) and I sold a LOT of magic weapons/items to a returning vet/guild in order to raise the gold for this.

No worries, I was just watching the forums almost nonstop waiting for it to end, like I said this is the first large house I've tried to purchase
I'll throw in another small deed as a gesture of goodwill, so the payment for the keep will be 2 keep deeds and 2 small deeds
I'll give you the deeds and you can transfer ownership after, if that's ok
