I bought this home for the foot stools, but never had the heart to rip them out as I don't think this configuration is possible anymore (please correct me if I am wrong). Sit up on your roof and shoot the undead all day long. You can even work on resist as there are bone magi and other magic spewing undead. I believe there are 19 foot stools on the property, but you would have to count them. Obviously these are included.

Interesting trades considered.

Correct, you can not make this build any more since the footstool patch. If you just want footstools just make a post and buy footstools.

I'll bid Brick Deed just to get my old house back
