How Do I... Craft Magical Items?

I've been playing T2A for a couple of months now (played UO back in 99) and have been having a blast. Well, I see lots of magic armor, clothing and weapons at some of the player-run vendors, so how do I go about crafting these things myself? There doesn't seem to be a guide covering the subject (or maybe I just haven't found it yet). For example, some of the other sites say to get to get a Runic hammer to craft magical armor & weapons. This is all good & well, but they don't tell a person where to get the hammer and the way to use it once you have it. And what about the tailored items? Can anybody enlighten me on this?

Those sites are refering to the real-current ultima online. This shard only the "Second age" expansion to the game, so any resources you use will need to be specifically written for that. The T2A Wiki on this site (menu from the main page) has most all of the information you need to know about crafting. There is no way to craft magical items, they are all found either in Treasure Chests, Monsters, or T-maps.
