This home has been in my personal use for many months now. I really like it, but I do not use it as much as I should so I want to give someone else a turn to enjoy these properties.
Having two Order Guards for a neighbor means this area is almost always spawn free. The spawn is attracted to the Order Guards, and they kill the spawn.
Both homes are on the waterfront and have large yards.
You can teleport to the roof of the Guard Post from the roof of the tower.
The patio also borders the road, and makes a great drop patio.
The tower/patio combination can be re-arranged to put the tower on the east side and a brick on the west, or just the patio can be turned into a brick or lshape as desired. A long time ago this was a rune library location owned by someone else.
