I really have 3 characters I like to play...
On top of these I often build specialized characters (such as mace+shield meleer, pure fighting mage with wrestling, or an adventurer type with fun skills just for fun sake's)

My "Starter character", often with tailoring as initial income, final build after many transitions in skills
This was also my first character ever in Ultima Online on Lake Superior circa early-1998
This is my favorite by far.
- Anatomy
- Archery
- Healing
- Magery
- Magic Resistance
- Tactics
- Tailoring (sometimes removed for another skill)

My Mage character :
- Evaluate Intelligence
- Inscription
- Magery
- Meditation
- Alchemy
( can't remember the rest on top of my head, but no wrestling/tactics )
I love this one as it can escort NPCs, create spellbooks, and still fight really well, just not in PvP.

My Crafter*
- Blacksmithy
- BowCraft
- Carpentry (doing add-ons, exept the bard ones)
- LumberJack
- Magery
- Mining
- Tailoring
- Tinkering
* Depending on server and other characters of mine, may drop a skill or 2... especially gathering.
