An ingot vendor has now been set up. Ingots will be sold in lots of 1k (6k gold each). My vendor is located at the IMPERIAL ZOG WAR EMBASSY (and ingot vendor) just inside the town of Turtle Bay (soon to be Zogstantinople, or maybe Zogerica, Australizog, or something of the sort). Look for the vendor in green named Reuben, he's in a small house with a green sign near a large forge. I will still be available for delivery as well.

To find Turtle Bay, just go north east out of Britain's east side and follow the road. It's right before the swamps. I believe they have runes located on boats in Vesper and at the Brit East bank as well.
