I am buying a small house from Biggie that blocks the placement for a L-shape house.

Price: 2x deed

Location: Near Trinsic, 120 35'S 16 35'E

The house is also in the screenshot, and my char is stepping on its door step.

From the looks of the picture, a L won't go there even if you own
the other 2 smalls in the picture to the east and south.

L goes here, the eastern small has the room in front of it.
