Found this by chance the other day…. Richard Garriott was interviewed on the "Let's Talk Bitcoin" podcast.

Only 10-15 minutes towards the end of the interview centers around Bitcoin, the rest of the time they discuss the idea of the real-world effects of virtual world economics, including discussions of Ultima Online and Shroud of the Avatar.

I thought some of it was fairly interesting and wanted to pass it along.
