Idoc for the comunity

I have spotted an in danger of collapsing below Destard, in the swamps. I found this yesterday @ 4:30 pm. So what i am thinking is that this house WILL be falling sometime between now and 10:30 am ctz. This is a 4 hour wait time for your own L shape! Loot inside, It isn't stacked with goods but there are a couple of chests hiding whats inside! (As long as the owner doesn't see this post it's all up for grabs) Good Luck everyone!!

One of my guildies ended up getting the spot. It's up for sale on housing forum for cheap SB. Surely was done without a script.
