WTB: Large house near Vesper

Looking for something special near Vesper. Must be quite close to town, near water and trees. Anything bigger than small house is good..

Also, I can put a brick/patio/L that can block it for tower deed + brick/patio/L deed as the starting bid.

Thanks, I will keep it in mind.. didn't expect a tower for some reason, but I'll keep building up my funds and see what happens if its still available..
