The other one is south/east of the entrance to Wind. If you know the sales history and rarity of houses like these, then you know the gold value is at the higher end of the spectrum. 2.5m is definitely spot on for a SB, but you gotta realize, when you guys bought these smalls, there was 500-800 players. I really don't see them commanding that kind of value in the current market. Tower's, Keeps, medium houses have dropped in price by 25-50%, I know that may not be the case for rare smalls, but we will see. I am curious to what happens here.

The population was at the beginning of its decline when I sold this to Blaine. But a home like this and the wind small should be treated like any other 1 of a kind rare out there. The market might be small(er) but that doesn't make it any less rare in my opinion. I find myself still wanting this house. Just such a comfy location!

If I didn't get the sub I would personally refresh mode till the right buyer comes along.
