Agreeing to a BO offer and then retracting the sell because someone else offered more. As long as their is evidence, a trail, that is an illegal act to use the forums or IRC to do.

right, but that is reserving the right to not sell to them, not agree and retract. There's a huge difference.

We all saw you change it to "SOLD", and then saw the private messages you sent to BEE asking him if you would be mad...so ya, you ain't gotta convince me bro, just the moderators. I'm sure it will be investigated.

actually he shouldnt be protected because when we offered the 5 mil it was because he had posted saying there was a 5 mil BUYOUT on the item. a buyout is a buyout not an auction and thus you cant cancel it. whatever i dont want him banned from forums, people just need to know who they are dealing with.
