Is this Black Dye Tub Safe?

Post by Metastasis »

Is this black dye tub safe? All the tables are locked down and the bottom two are touching the wall. I'd greatly appreciate votes of confidence in the safety of this setup :)

The black dye tub was locked after it was placed on a table (now removed).

I think its safe, but to be honest, Ive seen crazier things happen when it comes to these tubs, especially on osi, my tub got changed :(
Therefore the only safe spot for a black dye tub in my opinion, is in the bank.
Im still not sure how sometimes they are changeable and sometimes they arent.

Looks safe to me. I would suggest you try to mess it up during server wars to test it for safety. I agree with Budner the room looks sweet.

Couldn't you test a regular tub?

Put a normal tub in its place and test. I think it needs to be 2 tiles from where you are standing......

For clarification purposes, I know you can't dye the tub from any spot you're standing in the blocked off section, but I was more concerned about someone getting past the tables with some trick I'm not aware of. I've always seen Black Dyetubs completely blocked in by tables, not open like these, even if inaccessible (supposedly). I'm just paranoid I guess.

On another note, keelonzo's idea is awesome, if only to at least try!

Make sure the tub is not so high that it can be accessed from the above floor.

As long as you have one space between a person and the tub, they cannot change it.
