WTB Any small house.
I'm a new player in need of some shelter. I don't care where the house is located, as long as it's not a hot spot for PKs. Message me if anyone has one avalible.

I have one you can get for a small deed. It's by the minoc gate.

You are able to place a small house all over, just calibrate the placing mechanism by pushing your UO window to the top left of your game window - all the way to top left. Houses will now properly place.

horseshoe island - tons of spots and 3 or 4 treasure map locations

You can buy a deed for 43,800 from the NPC in town (Britain, Skara, Jhelom at least). There are lots of decent small house spots all over the map. Double-click the deed and select where to place it.

Right on a mountain and it already has the forge, anvil, etc. that new players tend to need. I haven't seen reds (PKs) in the neighborhood but I can't promise they're not around.
