A question to staff about item spawns and bans

When a player is banned and they have irreplaceable items in their banks, such as server births, will those items ever find their way back into the game?

Are they gone forever?

I hope not. Let it be shard history and in the place of the item you can put a little book speaking on it's decay.

They never delete accounts, so I doubt they pull random items from accounts either. It would be fun, though, to have the server births of banned accounts randomly appear back in the world again. Unfortunately, I think that would take a lot of Staff time to do properly.

Since there really is no way to track what item is in what bank box, they never come back into the game.

At least that's what Derrick told me a while back.
