Is this "quest" still running? I just saw it today.
I got a fire cracker. I'm assuming I have to get under the building.... But I'm stumped.

I even ran around in the sewers for an hour or so. I heard that they gave out gun powder on the first day, and the fire crackers have been given ever since. When first given, it's an "initial fire cracker". The next day, it turns into a "temporary fire cracker". A day after that, they disappear if not in your bank or backpack. Maybe you have to use the cracker with the powder somehow? I haven't been able to try, as I missed the first day of it and have no powder.
Of course, since Guy Fawkes was captured and killed before the plot was carried out, there may be nothing more to this than lighting off some fireworks...
