This quiet spot North of Vesper in the beautiful Windmere woods has water access and wonderful views. This particular spot appears to offer enough room to place a 2nd small. I have not verified this and I do not guarantee that it would work.
I will close the auction 24 hours after the last bid or when the b/o is offered. Deed transfer will take place at a local bank of choice and then I will meet buyer to transfer the home.
