I have before held an event where I trashbarreled a large quantity of gold. I've been quite inactive for some time, but given this situation, I would be glad to return if those of you who wish to see the items deleted would be interested in acting on that desire.

If the rules are, in fact, that the offense occurs at solicitation, then so be it. But people commit a lot of time and effort into these games. Also, not many people would turn down 6 grand for their pixels, or a shot at a free tower full of highly rare items (although, obviously the answer would be fewer.)

Here's where your logic fails:

If you give them both a slap on the wrist and let them go their merry way you set a precedent, and create an incentive to "scam", heck, even just to start soliciting items for RL cash without an intent to scam!! Hey, I can do this, be banned a couple of weeks, have a friend refresh all my shit, come back, as if nothing happened! I'm gambling and I can't loose!!! If I can get away with it, cool. If I'm caught, that's cool too!!

Guess what? And this might come as a surprise to you, but Derrick spent MORE years building this shard, and these people are shitting on it.
