Housing availability

Hey everyone. Just joined the server at the beginning of this week. I was wondering if there are housing spots still available, or if I have to buy something that's already placed. Always wanted to own a patio house back in the day.

For houses larger than smalls, you almost always have to buy. You can get lucky sometimes and find an open spot in the deep Yew forest or in the swamps for large houses, but mostly you'll have to buy. There are a lot of spots for smalls.
