found one! just a small house. it collapsed, i got some loot, but am unable to place another house where it was. i suspect this is because of adjusted house placement rules, but i'm not sure. i paged a GM, but they said they are unable to help beyond basic mechanics, which makes sense.

please send me a PM if you know how to deal with this sort of thing!

Your start date is 2009, you should probably know the housing placement rules. Im guessing the house was grandfathered. If you have tried every tile, and still nothing, then your just wasting your time because it was GF'd.

or get someone else to try it sometimes new eyes can be the difference

but if your looking for a small house theres tons of spots

if your looking for a med house well iv got a patio but im not selling it at todays market value
