Keep + Patio - Lowered Price, Great Location

I'm downsizing a bit and selling the keep and patio I currently live in!

Located just down the road East of Britain, the Keep sits just off the road adjacent to a small brigand spawn. woods in the front and a road in the back, patio directly to the east!

Price is 3.0 million FIRM for the pair! STADIUM WITH STOOLS INCLUDED.
