Yay problem resolved itself.....I tryed patching yesterday night and it finally worked. I'm on the shard now.... thanks for all the help anyways

razor has an option about osi encryption, disable it.. try again maybe?

try uo mondains legacy instead of gold?
not sure which would help but all together will solve problem i know for sure

Ya OSI was already disabled i tryed enabling it it didn't work either.....
Im gonna try downloading mondain's legacy but .....11 hour download...

How come it needs mondains legacy anyways isn't that one of the newest expansions?

Mr T. The UO gold should work fine.

In razor you have the uo secondage login info and port in? you have patch client encrypt checked and osi encrypt unchecked?

it sounds more like your trying to connect to ea servers. BTW you arent the Mr.T from seige perilous are you?

Well the uo gold didn't work and I've done everything correct osi is unchecked patch is checked im at version 4.0.0.... Port and IP is all perfect any other suggestions...I really want to play this shard please someone who has an answer help me.

If I were you I would patch up to 5.0.8.3 or 5.0.8.4

I think that is the problem but it won't even let me patch...

When I open uopatch it says " Could not connect to patch server 159.153.197.91:8888

weird. ok so try patching through the regular uo gold short cut. Not through razor. You arent changing any login.cfgs are you? your just changing it in razor for the ip ya? this is not a second age problem your having since you cant even connect to the reg uo patch so I don't know keep trying. I'll monitor this thread keep trying! I'll help

oh ya. you have mIRC? if not download it and join our channel. we can insta chat and get this problem resolved faster. or better yet join ventrillo im in there 24/7. the info for both these is on the site

k i downloadded ventrilo and i put in the ip and port but all it says

msg: Conatacting server.

and it won't stop

what the hell. your connection is cursed.... read instructions on how to connect etc...

im in there right now. So you should be able to connect to the server. recheck everthing adn try again

wow I've never had so much trouble connecting to online game.... In the meantime do you have any suggestions on what I should do to play uo?

turn off your antivirus and or firewall and try. seems like you cant connect to anything that requires a port to open up. get vent or mirc working. much faster communicating there then here
