Keep and Tower - Side by Side

Lean like a cholo. This rare housing combination is for sale either together or separately. The small in between them is mine because a newbie asked me for a house to macro in. It will be dropped upon the completion of the sale for you to recreate or leave empty. The spawn is pretty low and there are almost no neighbors.

Both properties:
SB 3 castle deeds
BO 3.5 mill

Keep:
SB 2.2 mill
BO 2.5 mill

Tower:
SB castle deed
BO 3x deed

All of my auctions end 48 hours after the starting bid (or bids in this case).
