Arms Lore revisited

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Arms Lore revisited

Arms Lore cannot give good information about items, nothing about hps or weapon damage range.

ALSO, arms lore cannot be used in trade window. Is this accurate?

The messages Arms lore gives are accurate, but the inability to use them in the trade window is a bug.
Thanks for letting me know, I'll try to get this fixed for tommorrow.
