FURTHER REDUCED! INSANE!! Forest Double Small Lot

For sale this tranquil small that fits two small houses if you want. Neighbors are nice, spawn is low. Conveniently located close to the Brit/Skara/Yew crossroads. Had this one for a LONG time and need to sell at a ridiculously low price.
