It would, but it's also potentially a good way to get Derrick banned from ad platforms.
What I've suggested in the past is to have a simple Amazon affiliate link setup.
How many people here shop on Amazon? The number is probably high.
Amazon Associates lets people "refer others to Amazon" to earn an affiliate commission ranging from 4% to 15% of the total purchase price. The customer is not affected by this nor does it interrupt their "flow" through the Amazon website. It's essentially invisible to the customer.
