TG Town: Keep + Patio + Small Combo

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about selling this keep + patio + small combo right in the heart of TG Town. It's a great location with a decent amount of open space between the houses. For simplicity's sake, I would like to sell as a package only. The reason for selling is to simply downsize and I would be very interested in a trade + cash deal for a patio with a decent location.

I'm leaving out a S/B and B/O to get a feel for the market, so serious bids only please. Let me know if you have any questions.

Well, to give you an idea of what you could be getting for it:
1.2 -1.8 mil for the keep
3x deed for the patio
Small are pretty much worth just a deed + 10K unless its a primo spot
These are starting bids...at least that's what I would ask for what you are selling.
